Can the installation of ELOKON products be carried out independently?
Yes, you can easily install ELOspeed yourself. You will receive our detailed operating instructions.
Are ELOKON systems compatible with all forklifts?
We use a universal tyco interface, which enables our systems to be installed on all vehicles.
The interface cable included in the scope of delivery can be easily installed by your forklift service contact.
If a speed reduction of the vehicle is desired, the technical requirements for this must be clarified in advance with the respective manufacturer.

What happens if I need technical support during installation or use?

Is it possible to return items?
Yes, returns are possible provided the item is returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
What guarantees do you offer on your products?
We offer a 12 month warranty on our products.
How can I complain about a defective device?
All returns must be notified to ELOKON in advance by email:
ELOKON creates a return delivery note including a return number (RMA number) and sends this to the customer by email. If a replacement part is sent to the customer in advance, a return delivery note must also be created. The return delivery note is enclosed with the replacement part.
The customer shall enclose the return delivery note with his return shipment.
ELOKON will send the repaired unit or a replacement unit back to the customer.
