More safety for industry
ELOKON is one of the leading providers of safety solutions for protecting people and vehicles in intralogistics. ELOKON also advises international machine and plant manufacturers on technical occupational safety.
Our company was founded in 1986 and currently employs over 130 people at our headquarters in Tornesch near Hamburg, Birmingham (UK), Atlanta (USA) and Warsaw (Poland). ELOKON is still characterized by owner management and pure equity financing. This means we are directly linked to many success stories from the German logistics industry.
The innovative strength that characterizes the entire company also comes from the motivated and well-trained workforce. Our focus is on customer benefits and we rely on long-term business relationships. In order to increase the company's performance, we encourage and challenge our employees. We act in an economically sustainable manner, are always open to new ideas, prefer transparent cooperation and, last but not least, enjoy our work. We think and act with integrity and respect - across national and location borders.

Our 38-year tradition obliges
Our company, founded in 1986, is still characterized by owner management and pure equity financing. This means we are directly linked to many success stories from the German logistics industry. Large national and international companies, as well as numerous medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad, have placed their trust in the ELOKON Group for many years.

Focus on digitalization and Industry 4.0
It is not only on the road that vehicles are becoming increasingly digital and equipped with a variety of innovative assistance systems, the precursor to autonomous driving. Forklift trucks in intralogistics are also increasingly enjoying digital assistants or guardian angels that make driving safer for both humans and machines.
ELOKON's product portfolio consists of such products, which are based on the intelligent marriage of hardware, software, sensors and radio technologies.
Our products detect dangerous situations preventively and intervene semi-autonomously in the vehicle, for example to slow it down and thus avoid accidents. People are detected by vehicles using innovative lidar or UWB technologies. Vehicles communicate with each other via radio - known in the automotive industry as 'Car-2-car' or they communicate with their environment via sensors - known under the term 'Car-2-X' - in order to calculate positions in relation to people or other vehicles in real time.
